Rental Agreement

In preparation for your event, you may download a copy of our rental contract, which includes a full listing of our general policies.  Highlights of our terms and conditions are listed below.

  • In order to hold a date, a non-refundable advance reservation fee of 1/2 of the total fee is due with the rental agreement.

  • Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

  • Only masking tape is permitted for hanging decorations.

  • More detailed rules and regulations may be found in the rental agreement document.
