The Sanctuary-in-the-Round is a wonderful venue for an intimate and unforgettable wedding, where up to 200 guests are seated close to the altar and can see you exchange your vows. The Sanctuary features a rare Flentrop organ, which has a clean sound and makes All Saints' a Bay Area destination for organists and music lovers. As a concert venue, the Sanctuary is well known for its fabulous acoustics. The altar is removed and the central stage makes choral and instrumental concerts truly an uplifting experience.
The light-filled and airy Parish Hall is an inspiring place for hosting dinners, receptions, dances, conferences, community and organizational meetings for up to 200 guests. The Parish Hall opens onto the main Courtyard where guests can socialize in the fresh air or even host a barbecue in the center of downtown Palo Alto.
Adjoining the Parish Hall, there is the cozy and intimate Fireplace Room, featuring a lovely gas-burning fireplace with a marble hearth surround. The room can be closed as a separate meeting room or included in the Parish Hall as a relaxing lounge area.
Next to the Parish Hall is the Nursery, which is great support for events that may include families with young children. You have a place to provide on-site childcare for your event which eases concerns for many parents during banquets and receptions.
Completing the social facility is the large, restaurant-quality Kitchen, which makes hosting elegant social events easy. Access to the Kitchen, through the pass through window or the doors at either end enables the dining service to flow smoothly and quickly. Caterers can rent the Kitchen, as well, when they need professional space to prepare for a big event.
The Education Building has a number of Rooms available for hosting off-site meetings, discussion groups, after-school activities, tutoring, or music lessons, for groups from 10 to 25 people. The Library is a large space for hosting meetings or discussions around the large central conference table. There is also a small kitchen facility, which makes it easy to provide tea/coffee and refreshments for your group.
At the front and rear of the facility, there are free public parking lots as well as numerous public lots and garages within a few blocks of our downtown location. The City of Palo Alto also offers daily parking passes for an additional fee. For more elegant affairs, you may want to arrange for a valet parking service for your guests. On our Help Plan Your Event Page, there are several valet services listed.
